My car was impounded, what do I need to do to get it back?
If the vehicle was not placed under a “HOLD” by the impounding police agency, you will simply need to pay the towing and storage fees, show proof of ownership, and have a valid drivers license. If your license is suspended, you must be accompanied by a licensed driver.

In some cases, small personal items can be recovered from the vehicle. Purses, paperwork, clothing, etc may be taken. This will be decided on a “Case by Case” basis, for more info contact the office.
Under no circumstances, will we allow items attached to the car to be removed. Wheels, stereo’s, CD players, speakers, battery’s, etc… cannot be removed from the vehicle.

In order to release a vehicle, we need to see “Proof of Ownership”. This means that we either need to see the actual title of the vehicle, the memorandum title (if a bank or lending company holds the actual title), or the current registration.
My license is suspended, can I still get my car?
Yes, however you will need Identification and proof of ownership, and a licensed driver to actually drive the vehicle away. We will need to see the drivers license, and a photocopy will be placed in our records.
